YesStyle chose Oracle Cloud CX, which includes Oracle Responsys Promotional Campaigns, Oracle Audience Segmentation, and Oracle Infinite series Cognitive Intellect, to launch cross-channel marketing programmes and unify all prospective and current customer marketing signals in a single view, after carefully evaluating all available solutions in the market. These AI-enabled solutions allow YesStyle to capture digital behaviours from customers in real time, apply intelligence to that data, and provide personalised recommendations for each consumer. Through the use of eDMs, notifications, messenger, SMS, and digital adverts, the solutions enhance a customer's digital journey in real time, making their online experience highly relevant and personalised.
